Bernie Felch (American b 1925-2008 DE artist) Portrait of Josephine Myers, former headmistress of Tatnall School in Wilmington DE, oil on canvas together with oil on canvas panel study, canvas measures 30" x 24", study measures 24" x 18", good condition. Bernie Felch was a Delaware based artist who worked in painting, ceramics, sculpture and murals. He is best known for his large sculptural wall "In the Park" created for the Delaware Art Museum.
